Kentucky CenterKentucky Center Average User Rating: The Kentucky Center is a performing arts facility that features the programs of local arts organizations as well as bluegrass, gospel, film, jazz, country/western, travelogue and children's performances. The Center is comprised of the following theaters: The Robert S. Whitney Hall. This 2,406 seat facility is used for intimate chamber music ensembles as well as touring Broadway productions. Arts organizations currently utilizing Whitney Hall include the PNC Bank Broadway Across America-Louisville, the Louisville Ballet, The Louisville Orchestra, Kentucky Opera, as well as The Kentucky Center Presents. Moritz von Bomhard Theater. This 619-seat theatre is home to theatre and music performances. It is home to Stage One, Louisville's Family Theater. MeX Theater. This theatre is well known for its productions of experimental theater and a stage for local arts and theaer groups, and the production of original plays and literary readings. The Brown Theatre.
